Welcome to the Resilient Beef Project
This project is developing methods that will allow cattle producers to select animals that are optimal fits for their specific environment and management.
It is made possible by funding from USDA-NIFA’s Interdisciplinary Engagement in Animal Systems (IDEAS) program and is a collaboration of the American Angus Association; the University of Wisconsin-Madison; the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; the University of Georgia; Purdue University; and Michigan State University.
This page will be regularly updated with project findings, educational material, and resources. We look forward to sharing our findings with you and helping drive positive change in the beef industry.
